Review: Tunnels

Tunnels
Tunnels by Roderick Gordon
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

This book was great until about halfway through. It was intriguing, it was mysterious, and I couldn’t wait for the revelations and when they came not only were they disappointing the revelations that followed were even more disappointing and then the book just turned into a crazy survival novel with bad choices in my opinion. The ending just chopped off, I had no closure and it was definitely intended to make me want to read the next book in the series and sadly I have no desire to. I became attached to Dr. Burrows and Bartleby the cat. I couldn’t identify with the main character at all.
